She Cried Her Eyes Out

This is part of a series of river-like imagery that I have been drawing onto available surfaces. I am finding myself incredibly drawn to the river-imagery as a metaphor for the inner emotional journey.

Found and altered cabinet door. I drew onto and incised lines into the surface of the door on both sides thus turning a piece of effluvia into a narrative about tears and loss.
